Can I reserve the pool for a party?
While the pool belongs to the community and cannot be reserved, if you plan on having more than 5 guests at your pool gathering you must submit an Additional-Guests-Form.pdf to the association office for approval 5 days prior to the event. If you have several young children planning to attend your event, please remember there is no lifeguard on duty and it is up to you to secure enough adult supervision to keep them safe. Parties will be listed on the Pool Calendar on the community website.
Can I bring food and drinks to the pool?
What are the pool hours?
The pool hours are from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday – Sunday. Mondays the pool opens at 3pm due to cleaning and shocking the pool from the heavier weekend usage.
How do I get my pool key FOB? (owner occupied)
We need an owner pool agreement on file for your home before delivering your key. If you are an existing owner who hasn’t turned this in, please print the owner pool agreement from the website and return it to our office via fax at 979-690-0330 or scan and email to [email protected]. If you recently purchased a home you should have filled out the agreement at closing. When our office receives the agreement from the title company after closing we will set up your key and it will be available for you to pick up at anytime during our office hours. If you received a pool key from the prior owner at closing, please notify our office and we can transfer that key into your name. Otherwise you will be issued a new key and the prior owner's key will be deactivated.
How do I get my key FOB (rental)?
The owner of the property is responsible for providing the key to their tenants and for getting the key back at the end of the lease. Our office will need a signed owner pool agreement and a signed tenant pool agreement on file. If we do not have a current signed tenant agreement on file the key may be deactivated until a current agreement has been turned in.
What if my key is lost or stolen?
Replacement keys are $50.00. Please notify our office immediately at [email protected] if your key is lost or stolen so we can deactivate it.
What if I observe someone violating the pool annex rules?
Please notify our office via email at [email protected] with the time, date, and description of the offenders and their offense. If you observe someone participating in destructive or dangerous behavior, please call the police immediately and then notify our office. Our office is available by phone from 9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Mon- Thu at 979-690-2330.
