The development that is going in just to the west of Castle Rock, Phillips Square, has put forth a zoning change request from a Planned Development District (PDD) to General Commercial (GC) Office (O) and Natural Protected Areas (NAP).  Below are links to the City website describing what is allowed in each category -
The City Council will be considering the zoning change request at the May 22, 2025.  This meeting will take place in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, TX.  All residents are encouraged to attend this meeting and be aware of what is proposed to be built next to the community.  Please note-
Speaker Protocol: An individual wishing to address Committees, Boards, or Commissions regarding any item on the agenda shall register with the Secretary two hours prior to the meeting. To register, the individual must provide a name and phone number by calling 979.764.3570 or by emailing the Committee, Board, or Commission secretary

The City of College Station has posted a Public Hearing Notice concerning the Phillips Square development next to Castle Rock.  This property is connected to Castle Rock by Castle Rock Parkway.  Please follow the link below for important information including date and time of the hearing to change the current zoning for Phillips Square -

Way to get off to a beautiful start for spring and summer.  Thank you for your hard work!

The 1st Quarter Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2025 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the office of Neighborhood Partners located at 4490 Castlegate Drive, College Station, TX 77845.

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Spring Festival in Castle Rock!   The festival will be held at the Castle Rock city park behind the pool annex and from 2:00 - 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 13th.  There will be many activities for children including a bouncy castle, inflatable slide, train rides, a petting zoo with a kangaroo, an Easter egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny!  There will also be popcorn and cotton candy to snack on.  Be sure the kiddos bring their Easter baskets for the egg hunt.  There will be 2 prize eggs in each age category for gift baskets donated by Neighborhood Partners. We will also have door prize drawings at the end of the festival for the beautiful hanging baskets donated by Green Teams Inc.  It's a great time to come out and visit with your neighbors and make new friends.
A photo bench will be available so be sure to stop by and snap a family picture before you leave.  We want to thank the social committee, Chrissy Rich and April Williams, for their hard work in planning and executing this fun event.  Anyone that would like to help set up or tear down can stop by the event early or stay after to assist them.  Please leave family pets at home for the safety of everyone.

The Castle Rock Annual Meeting and election of the Board of Directors of the Association will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 7:00 pm.  The meeting will be held at The Seven Fifty Loft, 750 William D. Fitch Pkwy, Suite 420, College Station, Texas 77845.

REGISTRATION will be held from 6:45 pm – 7:00 pm.

Every homeowner must be registered by 7:00 pm.

To ensure the necessary quorum of homeowners is established, please plan to attend the meeting in person or execute your vote by proxy. Twenty percent or 58 members of the community must vote to establish a quorum. Voting shall be on the Lot basis. The owner of each lot is entitled to one vote.
