If you would like to volunteer to serve as a board member or nominate a candidate, we are still accepting applications! Please complete the attached Candidate Application form and submit it to our office.
For a community improvement project, the board has approved the enhancement of the common area along Castle Rock Parkway across the street from the pool annex. Starting on August 21st, this area will be prepped for hydro-seed spraying.
Please refrain from using this common area for the next couple of weeks or until the first mowing.
We appreciate your cooperation.

The City of College Station is hosting another Sprinkler Spruce-Up Workshop.
Date: Saturday, August 4th
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Place: College Station Utilities Meeting & Training Facility, 1603 Graham Road.
This workshop will advise homeowners on how to properly operate their sprinkler systems, and how much water is actually needed.
