We have been in communication with the City of College Station Planning and Development Services regarding the construction activity at the end of Castle Rock Parkway and behind the western edge of the community.  Please see the attached copy of Ordinance 2024-4498 that was provided to us yesterday afternoon by the Planning and Development Services office at the City of College Station.  In addition, we received the following communication this afternoon -
...attached a copy of the final plats and another copy of the concept plan.  The plats have been approved and will not go before the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval.  Before development of each lot, the developer must come in for a concept plan amendment.  The concept plan amendment will provide the building and parking layout of the site.  This amendment will go before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council for consideration.  At these meetings there will be a public hearing.  Property owners within 200 ft of the subject property as well as the HOA will be notified of the meeting.  At this time we do not have an application for a concept plan amendment.
