The City of College Station has posted a Public Hearing Notice concerning the Phillips Square development next to Castle Rock.  This property is connected to Castle Rock by Castle Rock Parkway.  Please follow the link below for important information including date and time of the hearing to change the current zoning for Phillips Square -
Please note that if you wish to address the committee at the meeting on May 1, 2025 at 6:00 pm, you must register with the secretary at least 2 hours prior to the hearing by calling 979-764-3570 or emailing the committee, board or secretary.  Public Hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
